Membership forms
Annual Membership - £17.50.
This is payable on joining and thereafter each November. The membership fee includes registration, governing body fees and 5 LRRL 2010 Winter League Race entry fees. A training night fee of 50p is to be paid on each training night attended.
All Inclusive Annual Membership - £32.50.
This is payable on joining and thereafter each November. The membership fee includes registration, governing body fees, 5 LRRL 2010 Winter League Race entry fees and training night fees for the year.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an EGM on 1st December 2009 to propose a change to the yearly renewal date. Providing the rule change is agreed, our membership will then run from 1st January to 31st December
On meeting nights there are usually a variety of activities. Tuesday nights are speed work sessions and there are 3 groups suitable for all levels of runners. Thursday nights are more of a steady social run, setting off in groups of equal abilities. During the summer the emphasis is on running in the country away from the traffic.
