In groups of equal abilities, starting at bottom of Wheatfield Way.
Recovery between loops is another loop ……… gentle recovery run around Wheatfields Way – Cornfield – Normany Way (0.25 miles)
Meet at Leisure Centre for 6.30pm leave of at bottom of Wheatfield Way for 6.45pm Start.
