Training Tuesday 14th June

RICHMOND PARK – Fartlek Session
Intervals ranging from 30 sec to 2 mins with 30 sec jog between each interval. No set pattern to duration of intensity intervals.  30-35 min total session time. Target pace for all intervals 10% quicker than 5K pace.
Meet at Leisure Centre for 6.30pm leave or Richmond Park for 6.45pm start.
