Tuesday Training – 21 Nov

Session – Speed Training – 500m (0.31 of a mile) continuous loops : 500m hard, 500m recovery
Location – Logix Park , By DPD depot
Meet at Leisure Centre, depart 6:30 for 6:45 start
H & S – whilst the location is well lit with a great flat surface, it is partly ran on road, so it’s imperative you are seen so Hi-Viz , (flashy lights) etc please.
Speed work doesn’t just make you run faster, it makes you fitter, increases the range of movement in your joints, makes you more comfortable at all speeds and it will ultimately help you run harder for longer …. see you there ????
