Tuesday Training – 29 May

Swallows Green, at the far end of Barwell Lane. Working in teams of 4-5 of fairly equal ability, running single file at comfortable pace, the back runner runs fast to the front of the line and reduces pace back down, then the new back runner does the same.
Plus some speed ladder and cone drills.
Meet at 6:15 at the Leisure Centre, to leave at 6:30 or meet at the session to start at 6:45.
