Tonights session was:

Meet and retreat: Working in pairs of equal ability, set out in opposite directions and run the loop at 5k pace. When you get to your your partner, turn and run back. The aim is to arrive back to the starting point at the same time.

Rest for between 1 and 2 mins and go again.

Session length 30 minutes, changing direction half way through.
